LIMITED 72-HOUR WARRANTY ON HEALTH:
To qualify for the Limited 72-Hour Health Warranty you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 3 business days of purchase or longer if granted permission to do so in writing from StarView Jackapoos.
We guarantee against congenital defects such as heart, lung, kidney and other life threatening congenital defects found during the initial exam. You must request a written statement from your Vet on his/her office stationery signed and dated by him/her, for our records, stating health risk to include a description of the symptoms, supporting his/her opinion to validate the guarantee.
To make claim for a replacement puppy, you must notify us by telephone the day of the initial exam.
NOTE: A cash refund will NOT be issued under the Limited 72-Hour Warranty on Health
LIMITED 1 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY FOR GENETIC HEALTH DEFECTS:
To qualify for the Limited 1 Year Replacement Warranty for Genetic Health Defects you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 3 weeks of picking up your puppy or receiving it via shipment.
We guarantee against congenital defects such as eye or hip joint diseases for up to 1 (one) year after purchase. You must request a written statement from your Vet on his/her office stationery signed and dated by him/her, for our records, stating health risk to include a description of the symptoms, supporting his/her opinion to validate the guarantee.
NOTE: A cash refund will NOT be issued under the Limited 1 Year Replacement Warranty.
StarView JackaPoos will offer buyer who qualifies for a replacement puppy, a puppy of the same sex and retail value as the original puppy, from the next litter bred unless there is a Waiting List, in which case the buyer will be placed on the Waiting List in the next available spot.
Buyer qualifies for a replacement puppy only for the reasons stated herein.
This guarantee is non-transferable. The original purchased puppy must be returned to StarView JackaPoos in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if the female has been bred. All laboratory verification must be done by a licensed veterinarian. The owner is responsible for transportation costs to and from the Seller. Seller is not responsible for any or all veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced dog or puppy.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Seller makes no warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy.
Seller makes no warranty on the size or color upon maturity.
Seller can make no guarantee the puppy will be hypoallergenic or non or low-shedding but that the puppy will most likely shed less than a purebred JRT.
Seller is not responsible for any payments for exams, drugs, x-rays, or other treatments.
Seller does not guarantee against parvo or corona virus after 72 hours of purchase.
Seller sells pets that are not registered and are for companion purposes only.
This written agreement is the terms set between the seller and the buyer of this puppy. Upon delivery, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions.
